Key Responsibilities

• Conduct supervision parent training and assessments under the supervision of a BCBA and in accordance with BACB guidelines and payer requirements.
• Conduct therapist competency assessments.
• Conduct and complete monthly program updates as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention recommendations.
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) observations and treatment recommendations.
• Assist with parent and teacher training and support.
• Assist withtraining and mentorship to new staff members.
• Conduct direct behavior therapy sessions as needed.
• Conduct skill assessments and assist with treatment planning.
• Implement intensive feeding programs under BCBA supervision.
• Implement intensive toilet training programs under BCBA supervision.
• Assist with IEP preparation and goal development as needed.
• Participate in shadow meetings consultations and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Travel to home school clinic or community settings as needed.
• Collect analyze and summarize behavioral data to support clinical decision-making.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company BACB and payer standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure quality clinical outcomes and treatment integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field.
• Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and ethical practices.
• Excellent communication organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining regular collaboration with supervising BCBAs.
• Reliable transportation for travel between service locations as needed.
