Key Responsibilities
- Conduct supervision parent training and assessments under the supervision of a BCBA and in accordance with BACB guidelines and payer requirements.
- Conduct therapist competency assessments.
- Conduct and complete monthly program updates as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention recommendations.
- Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) observations and treatment recommendations.
- Assist with parent and teacher training and support.
- Assist withtraining and mentorship to new staff members.
- Conduct direct behavior therapy sessions as needed.
- Conduct skill assessments and assist with treatment planning.
- Implement intensive feeding programs under BCBA supervision.
- Implement intensive toilet training programs under BCBA supervision.
- Assist with IEP preparation and goal development as needed.
- Participate in shadow meetings consultations and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Travel to home school clinic or community settings as needed.
- Collect analyze and summarize behavioral data to support clinical decision-making.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company BACB and payer standards.
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure quality clinical outcomes and treatment integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field.
- Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and ethical practices.
- Excellent communication organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining regular collaboration with supervising BCBAs.
- Reliable transportation for travel between service locations as needed.
