BlowMold Tech- Ripley, MS

We are seeking a Blow Mold Process Technician for our client in Ripley MS. This position requires frequent standing bending squatting kneeling crawling and reaching. Candidates must be able to consistently use their arms wrists and elbows with repeated squeezing and grasping. Lifting requirements include up to 40 lbs.

• Set up machines and equipment for operation including material color molds and auxiliary equipment.
• Keep supervisor and management informed of all production or equipment issues.
• Start up machines and monitor product quality to maintain correct sizes and standards.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain efficient production levels and document changes appropriately.
• Oversee proper packaging procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Review production schedules and ensure machines are running to meet customer demands.
• Respond to alarms or requests for assistance to correct machine malfunctions or Packer/Handler issues.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams regarding machine performance and malfunctions.
• Inspect scrap to prevent usable product from being ground; record scrap numbers accurately.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety procedures.
• Ensure smooth and accurate shift transitions.

• Prior blow molding experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machine control panels.
• Ability to analyze product output and understand equipment adjustments needed for proper results.
• Forklift Certification required.
• Ability to commute reliably to Ripley MS 38663.
