This role is based in the BioSample Management Group which is dedicated to providing crucial support for clinical studies. As a Biosample Coordinator you will ensure the seamless execution of sample management and clinical tracking. The dynamic nature of this department offers you the opportunity to lead process improvements while supporting all phases of clinical operations.

The Opportunity

  • You support the clinical department by assisting with the execution and maintenance of clinical studies preparing materials and attending investigator meetings.

  • You establish update and maintain clinical tracking databases and clinical operations files to ensure accurate documentation.

  • Youassist withthe shipping inventory or sample destruction for remaining material for each clinical trial.

  • You receive triage and accession sample shipments while performing rigorous quality control checks on demographic data and sample labeling.

  • You coordinate both internal and client requests facilitating global sample shipments while maintaining an accurate chain of custody.

  • You track incoming and outgoing clinical and regulatory documents and process log and distribute completed case report forms.

  • Youwork with teamleads onprocess improvement workstreams within the BioSample Management Group andhelpmanage team emails to ensure all deliverables are met.

Who you are

  • You hold an Associates degree as a minimum educational requirement (please note this role is not scoped for MSc or PhD qualifications).

  • You are highly proficient with digital tools specifically MS Office and G Suite.

  • You demonstrate strong organizational capabilities and strict adherence to standard operating procedures to meet project timelines.

  • You possess the interpersonal and communication skills needed to coordinate effectively with clients and manage internal team requests.

Preferred

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a related clinical or laboratory field.

  • You possess direct knowledge of and experience with sample accessioning processes.

Relocation benefits are not available for this role.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson AZ is-USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
