Job Summary

BryceTech is seeking a BioFabUSA Project Management Support professional to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Government Program Management team overseeing the BioFabUSA Manufacturing Innovation Institute. The position will support cost schedule and performance oversight of the public-private partnership focused on advancing the manufacturability and scalability of cellular-based tissue-engineered medical products and related biomanufacturing efforts

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support to the Government Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager for the BioFabUSA Manufacturing Innovation Institute
  • Support monitoring of cost schedule and performance across assigned BioFabUSA activities
  • Coordinate with Government industry academic and other stakeholders to gather technically complex information
  • Prepare summaries briefings reports presentations and other decision-support materials
  • Coordinate and support meetings workshops conferences proposal reviews and annual OSD Program Management Reviews
  • Develop and maintain mechanisms for tracking patents publications partner presentations and other program deliverables
  • Gather organize analyze and disseminate program data for Government leadership and stakeholders
  • Attend meetings and represent the Government Program Manager as requested
  • Maintain timely and effective communication with stakeholders across the BioFabUSA ecosystem
  • Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements and track associated actions and deliverables
  • Support planning for travel conference packages meeting materials and other program activities
  • Assist the Government Program Manager with development of budget requests and supporting documentation
  • Prepare reports and other program documentation as requested
  • Support program management activities involving advanced manufacturing biotechnology tissue engineering and medical product development
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking of program activities deliverables and stakeholder engagements
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications to develop and manage program materials

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of related experience in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP production
  • Demonstrated project management or program management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of research and development partnership agreements commonly used across the DoW and Federal government (CRADAs Technology Transfer Agreements OTAs etc.)
  • Ability to gather synthesize and communicate technically complex information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with Government industry academic and other stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities deadlines and priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Ability to travel extensively in support of program requirements
  • Active DoW secret clearance preferred
