Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $38.00-$45.00/hr. depending on experience
Location:Taylor TX
Position Type:Full-time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and update BIM models based on design documents.
• Ensure models adhere to project standards and naming conventions.
• Maintain organized and accurate models throughout all project phases.
• Support model coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Facilitate clash detection to identify potential design conflicts.
• Collaborate with Coordinators and Leads regarding routing conflicts or missing data.
• Execute revisions promptly based on markups RFIs and design changes.
• Support QA/QC efforts by reviewing assigned views and correcting inconsistencies.

Requirements:

• 3 years in BIM modeling or related field.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Drafting Design Construction Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in detailed annotation and drawing production
• Familiarity with Revit or BIM tools.
• Basic understanding of construction documents and design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time able tobend twist push/pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
