Youll lead an established team of eight take ownership of a critical revenue function and play a major role in integrating newly acquired wealth management firms into a growing national platform.

What Youll Own

• Oversee daily billing and revenue management ensuring accurate timely billing and strong internal controls
• Lead billing integrations for newly acquired firms including evaluating existing processes converting fee schedules and transitioning billing platforms
• Manage mentor and develop a team of eight professionals
• Resolve complex billing exceptions fee discrepancies and escalations
• Partner with financial advisors and client-facing teams on billing questions and fee arrangements
• Lead technology enhancements system testing automation and process improvements
• Establish KPIs strengthen controls and improve billing efficiency
• Manage complex fee arrangements involving tiered blended flat and asset-based billing structures

What Youll Bring

• Minimum 7 years of experience in billing revenue management or a related finance function
• At least 3 years of people management experience
• Background in wealth management investment management RIAs or similarly complex financial services
• Hands-on Orion billing experience is required including configuring fee schedules and generating quarterly bills
• Experience with mergers billing conversions system implementations or significant operational changes
• Strong understanding of advisory fee structures billing methodologies revenue controls and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with complex data
• Confidence working with advisors senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Extra credit: Addepar custodial fee-file submissions through Schwab or Fidelity and experience improving or automating billing workflows.
