Billing Process Specialist

• Process and manage customer invoices and billing documentation.
• Enter review and maintain financial information in QuickBooks.
• Monitor billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintain organized billing and financial records.
• Communicate with customers vendors and internal team members regarding billing matters.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and billing-related issues.
• Assist with general administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information.

• Experience with billing processes invoicing or accounts receivable.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Construction industry or accounting experience is a plus.
