Purpose of Your Work:

As Billing & Collections Assistant working within EELCO/Redwood Logistics (one of our entities) you will be responsible for:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Responding to billing inquiries from clients and internal staff.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with month end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Maintain billing records and documentation in an organized

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Youve Got This

• Education: A High School diploma GED or equivalent is typically required for most entry level to advanced warehouse roles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Dependability: Strong work history punctuality and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Prior experience in billing accounting or finance is a plus.

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch.
