The anticipated application window will close on September 19th Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesRun & Coordinate New Hire Orientation EffortsFacilitate New Hire Training for Manufacturing EmployeesFacilitate Forklift (PIV) Training for New & Existing EmployeesFacilitate JCB Equipment Training New & Existing EmployeesConduct New Hire Follow Ups for each employee within their 1st 2nd and 3rd SOP/Training Audits to identify Training Annual Safety Topics as NeededMaintaining Training Records & ComplianceOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of Training Experience in a Manufacturing EnvironmentMinimum of 2 years of Heavy Equipment ExperienceMust speak both English and Spanish fluentlyMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable QualificationsFacilitation Certificate Five years of experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical to work in a high-stress -oriented and able to work approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the to understand processes (system and non-system) troubleshoot develop and recommend working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ConditionsManufacturing/factory environment.
