Staffing Specialist

Onsite Full-Time Branch Operations

As a Staffing Specialist youll play a key role in connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities while helping our clients build high-performing teams. This is more than a recruiting positionits a dynamic role that combines recruiting relationship management customer service and branch youre resourceful people-focused and energized by making an impact every day wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do

As a Staffing Specialist at Openwork youll serve as a trusted partner to both our talent and our clients by:

• Recruiting and placing top talent through sourcing networking referrals job boards and community outreach while managing the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Building strong relationships with talent by providing coaching regular communication and ongoing support throughout their assignments.
• Partnering with clients to understand their workforce needs conduct routine check-ins and deliver thoughtful staffing solutions.
• Supporting business growth by skill-marketing qualified candidates collaborating with the sales team and identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
• Maintaining operational excellence by supporting payroll timekeeping compliance and other branch operations.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone who is passionate about helping people thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting relationships. Ideal candidates will have:

• Bilingual in Spanish & English required.
• 1 years of recruiting staffing customer service sales or other client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with both clients and candidates.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive resourceful approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.
• The ability to adapt quickly work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and technology.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation for client visits and community outreach as needed.
