Abernathy Home Care is looking for an experienced organized and dependable Bilingual Home Care Scheduler to join our growing team in Stoneham MA.

This is a full-time in-office position responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and helping ensure our clients receive reliable consistent care. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator works well in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing changing schedules and priorities throughout the day.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability
• Fill open shifts and respond to call-outs and scheduling changes
• Communicate regularly with clients families caregivers and case managers
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability location skills and client needs
• Assist with new client scheduling and service coordination
• Work closely with our clinical recruiting and operations teams
• Maintain accurate scheduling and client information in our systems
• Help resolve scheduling concerns quickly and professionally
• Participate in the agencys on-call rotation as needed

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Minimum of 2 years home care scheduling required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with scheduling software and other technology
• Dependable professional and team-oriented

• $55000$65000/year based on experience
• MondayFriday 8:00 AM4:00 PM schedule
