What Youll Do

• Be the go-to point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls texts and emails for sales leads
• Qualify customers on credit situation vehicle needs and timeline
• Set and confirm showroom appointments for our sales team
• Follow up on unsold and uncontacted leads using proven BDC cadences
• Log all interactions in our CRM (DriveCentric)
• Hit weekly and monthly appointment and show-rate targets
• Join ongoing coaching and training to sharpen your skills

What You Bring

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Comfortable on the phone in a high-volume fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasker with solid computer skills
• CRM experience a plus but well train the right person
