Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
No evenings weekends or holidays

As a Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and through digital communication channels
• Assist consumers with account inquiries payments and repayment options
• Help identify payment solutions that work for both the consumer and the company
• Explain auto loan balances monthly payments and repayment plans
• Process vehicle surrender and redemption requests
• Educate consumers regarding bankruptcy plans and account requirements
• Coordinate with third-party vendors regarding repossession and redemption activities
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation
• Navigate multiple systems while managing calls emails and chats
• Clearly communicate processes and next steps to ensure a positive customer experience

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Reliable attendance and commitment to customer service
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Previous experience in customer service collections financial services automotive lending or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of BFrame or similar account management systems
