Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support

A well-established and growing construction supply company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships supporting sales efforts and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to contractors business customers and internal teams.

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in phone and email customers providing professional and friendly service in both English and Spanish.
• Assist customers with product inquiries pricing order placement and order status updates.
• Prepare customer quotes process sales orders and accurately enter information into the companys ERP system.
• Process payments and remittances while maintaining accurate records.
• Support outside sales representatives by preparing quotes researching products coordinating supplier information and assisting with customer follow-up.
• Maintain an organized well-stocked showroom and ensure merchandise is displayed professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Collaborate with warehouse purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform general administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.
• Previous customer service inside sales retail sales or account support experience preferred.
• Experience in construction industrial distribution building materials or related industries is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning ERP or order management systems.
• Positive attitude strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
