Moms Meals the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market is looking for upbeat people-first individuals to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service this role youll be one of the first friendly voices our Spanish-speaking customers connect with as they place meal orders. The starting wage is $18.00/hour with weekly pay PTO and benefits available after 30 days of employment.
Work hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am.

This position will start on Monday October 26th.
Position Responsibilities may include but not limited to
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order
- Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
- Document all conversations with client into client information database
- Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contact case managers via telephone email and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
- Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken & Written)
- High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting
- Clear oral communication skills
- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 1 year of previous call center experience
- Previous experience with auto dialer multi-line phone system and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
Physical Requirements
- Repetitive motions that include the wrists hands and/or fingers
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
