Experience
12 years of experience in BI Analytics Data Warehousing or Data Engineering projects.
Strong experience in Pharma/Life Sciences domain is mandatory.

Job Summary
We are looking for a senior consultant with deep expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Pharma/Life Sciences analytics to drive strategic data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills experience handling large-scale analytics programs and the ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BI and AI-driven analytics initiatives across Pharma/Life Sciences projects.
• Design and implement dashboards KPIs and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI Tableau Qlik Sense or similar BI platforms.
• Drive client discussions solution workshops and executive presentations related to analytics AI adoption and reporting strategies.
• Recommend innovative BI and AI approaches to improve decision-making automation forecasting and business insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients for analytics transformation and AI-driven reporting initiatives.
• Analyze pharma commercial patient sales marketing and omnichannel datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in BI reporting and visualization tools.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Extensive experience in Pharma/Life Sciences analytics and commercial data domains.
• Experience with patient analytics sales analytics field force analytics or omnichannel analytics.
• Strong client interaction stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead business discussions and recommend scalable BI and AI solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
