Licensed Practical Nurse to Associate Degree in Nursing BridgePathway January 2027 Start

This opportunity is for students who have been accepted into an LPN to RN Bridge Associate Degree in Nursingprogram and will begin classes in January 2027. Through the Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program upon acceptanceparticipants may be eligible for sponsorship while pursuing their nursing education.

• An up-to-date resume

Current BHS Employees

• One letter of recommendation from your current manager

Non-BHS Applicants

• Two letters of recommendation from a supervisor manager instructor or professor
• Letters may not be submitted by friends or coworkers

• Documentation confirming your acceptance into a Bridgeprogram beginning in January 2027
