Job Summary
Provide prompt courteous beverage service to casino guests
Take drink orders communicate with bartenders and serve beverages efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper procedures
Assist with drink preparation and maintain knowledge of cocktails and brands
Promote casino events programs and player rewards programs
Deliver personalized guest service and resolve issues using service recovery standards
Work collaboratively with team members across beverage and casino operations
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or GED with 16 months of related experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment

Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
Professional appearance in accordance with company standards
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods (up to 2 miles per shift)
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds continuously
Capable of bending stooping and twisting while serving
Comfortable working in loud crowded and smoke-filled environments
Ability to work long shifts in high-energy casino settings
