Liberty Resources is seeking a Benefits Specialist for our Integrated Health Care Clinic in Syracuse Specialist Position Summary:The Integrated Health Care Benefits Specialist will identify and obtain appropriate insurance authorizations to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes for provided clinic services. The role of the Benefit Specialist is to work collaboratively with clients providers and insurance carriers to ensure optimal Specialist Job Responsibilities:Conducts insurance verifications with Medicaid Managed Medicaid Medicare and commercial appropriate insurance authorizations to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes for the provision of mental health with clients and therapist regarding with clients to set up self pay with collection of co-pays and self-pay monies and also assist clients with billing and insurance related and solves benefit with the Finance Department resolving rejections and with clients to assist with situations related to benefits i.e. assists client to establish a trust spend downs insurance applications and participates in individual supervisory conferences staff meetings training sessions and professional development opportunities as service excellence and responsibility seeing opportunity where others see barriers to success.
