- Starting salary is based on experience: $23.00/hr. ($43300/yr) with no experience up to $28.75/hr. ($54100/yr) with 10 years in the same role
- Hourly role paid bi-weekly
- 36.25-hour full-time work week (7.25 hours/day)

- 3 weeks vacation accrual per year with 1 week allocated immediately upon hire

- 15 sick days allocated upon hire; accrues at 15 days per year after year one with unlimited accrual

- Assists individuals with developmental disabilities in maintaining a good quality of life and facilitates waiver administration by requesting and securing all appropriate documentation from family members and providers and submitting to the Department of Job and Family Services to maintain waiver Medicaid and/or food stamp eligibility.
- Maintains all appropriate records associated with waiver eligibility.
- Works cooperatively and maintains open communication with individuals family members team members providers and other agency professional and community members around Medicaid eligibility.
- Prepares and maintains other documentation as required; maintains Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities registration.
- Participates in staff meetings and in-service training.
- Travels as needed to meeting sites in a safe efficient and effective manner in accordance with the agencys procedures.
- Provides technical support and information to staff individual providers & others regarding benefits.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with Government Agencies including but not limited to Social Security Job and Family Services Medicaid Medicare private health insurance companies County Boards of DD and DD Provider Agencies preferred
- Ability to travel within Hamilton County as needed
- Must be able to pass criminal background checks drivers abstract and various abuser registry checks
