BENEFITS REPRESENTATIVE 1 Human Resources delivers exceptional service and counseling to MIT faculty staff retirees beneficiaries and vested terminated employees/ retirees while providing administrative support for plan administration. Responsibilities include: answering participant inquiries plan enrollment counseling transaction processing problem solving and advocacy for faculty staff and retirees; analyzing requests against relevant benefit plan provisions and enters complex benefit transactions into various vendors and MIT systems and databases.
