Benefits Administrator- Dallas TX



We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to take ownership of a comprehensive benefits program bringing hands-on experience with complex corporate plans including self-funded health plans and 401(k) administration.


Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Benefits Oversight: Manage the daily administration of a robust self-funded benefits portfolio including medical (PPO/HDHP) dental vision life disability HSA/FSA and the wellness program.
  • Retirement Program Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations and employee lifecycle changes for the companys 401(k) program.
  • Lifecycle & Data Management: Seamlessly process all enrollments status changes and terminations ensuring perfect data synchronization between the HRIS and insurance carrier systems.
  • Employee Advocacy: Act as the primary high-touch resource for employee benefits questions providing clear empathetic guidance and top-tier customer service.
  • Financial Oversight & Auditing: Perform monthly billing reconciliations resolve vendor discrepancies and execute regular data audits to ensure absolute plan compliance and accuracy.
  • Annual Events & Campaigns: Play a key role in planning and executing the annual Open Enrollment cycle driving employee communications and coordinating yearly on-site biometric screenings across locations.
  • Vendor & Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with external brokers third-party vendors and internal HR/Payroll teammates to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Compliance Safeguard: Maintain strict adherence to all legal and regulatory standards including ERISA HIPAA COBRA and ACA.



Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree is required.
  • 2 years of direct corporate experience managing diverse multi-plan benefit programs.
  • Experience with UKG/Ultipro strongly desired
  • Solid understanding of corporate benefits processes enrollment cycles and plan eligibility rules.
  • Strong attention to detail proven multitasking skills and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and integrity.
