As a Benefits Specialist with PBS PEO Services you will provide dedicated benefits administration support across our portfolio of client companies. This position requires managing multiple client relationships simultaneously - each with its own plan design effective dates and eligibility rules - while serving as a knowledgeable resource for client HR contacts and worksite employees alike. You will work primarily within isolved and related HRIS/benefits platforms to manage enrollments eligibility and carrier connections ensuring all clients employees receive accurate timely and well-supported benefits administration.
