What Youll Do:

  • Lead and manage the Bell Teams daily operations including scheduling timecard approvals and training.

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Safely handle and transport luggage baggage and packages; ensure secure storage when needed.

  • Provide detailed information about rooms amenities and hotel facilities; address guest inquiries promptly.

  • Communicate hotel emergency procedures when necessary.

  • Promote hotel services dining options and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

  • Coordinate with other departmentsFront Desk Valet Concierge Housekeepingto ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all equipment and work areas.

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum one-year (1)leadershipexperience in a hospitality or customer service rolepreferred.

  • Strong verbal communication skillsrequired.

  • Ability to liftitemsin excess of75lbsrequired.

  • Experience in a hotel or resort environmentpreferred.
