Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday 7a-7pm

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Behavior Technician II (BT) your days will be spent equipping individuals with the tools coping skills and support to prevent hospitalization and crisis. Responsibilities include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities providing therapeutic interventions and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team you will work closely with participants primary care providers community crisis services and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Rate: $21 - $24 / hr based on experience
• Paid training: CPR / first-aid Mindset Medication Administration Infectious Disease Seizure Management and QMHP-T supervision!
• Receive a sign-on and retention bonus paid at 3 6 and 12 months (full-time new hires only). Plus additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!!

What Were Looking For

• Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
• Bachelors degree in Human Service field of study or QMHP (trainee) or
• The ability to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee and be approved within 30 days of hire
• Maintain valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
