Job Summary

Location: Ware Day Program Closing date: Open until filledHourly Rate: Commensurate with experience Range: $17 - $24.05. Additional compensation with : Monday through Thursday 7-hour shifts (7:45-3:00) and off on need flexibility based on coverage needs for the program General Description: Assists with activities and group service provision in a day program for clients with behavioral health diagnoses and/or co-occurring conditions. Accomplishes client care by assessing treatment needs; developing monitoring and evaluating treatment plans and progress; facilitating interdisciplinary approaches and monitoring client performance. Ware County based but may assist as needed with coverage in both Waycross and Douglas : Level of position I-IV is dependent upon level of experience. 1 - 3 years of professional or personal experience in supporting mental health challenges or individuals with disabilities. Bachelors degree in helping field required for level IV qualification. Must be 21 and have valid Georgias drivers license and have dependable transportation for commuting. Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) certification preferred but CPS eligibility be able to obtain certification within one year of Notes: Due to the volume of applications received we are unable to provide information on application status by phone or email.
