A Brief Overview

Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day oversight and operations of the program.

What you will do

  • Ensures clinical compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the standards of accrediting bodies.
  • Coordinates across clinical operational and administrative teams to promote quality care for patients.
  • Acts as the main point of contact for community partners executive leadership and external funding bodies.
  • Maintains current knowledge base of clinical concepts use of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and services reimbursement issues and regulations
  • Demonstrates initiative in applying knowledge related to planning operationalizing and evaluating services
  • Manages supervises and coordinates day-to-day operations of the program to include but not limited to financial management staffing and services offered by the program. Duties are performed in such a manner as to ensure the clinic operates in an efficient cost-effective manner.
  • Collects data prepares reports and analyzes statistics and answers correspondence.
  • Demonstrates initiative in applying knowledge relative to planning operationalizing and evaluating services.
  • Performs patient care activities as may be required.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing hiring developing training and retaining employees; planning assigning and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required Education License/Certification or Work Experience:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire or
  • Certified Social Worker - Licensing Board An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire or
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - South Dakota Board of Examiners for Counselors & Marriage and Family Therapists Upon Hire or
  • Psychologist - Licensing Board An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training

Preferred Education License/Certification or Work Experience:

  • Bachelors
  • Masters in behavioral science healthcare related field or business
  • 4-6 years Leadership experience
