Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary
Provides group and individual clinical supervision coaching mentoring and support of team members clinical performance in the areas of clinical competence ethics documentation and quality management. Provides guidance to team members on the handling of complex or novel issues. Communicates with managers regarding the clinical supervision being provided to their staff.
Assists assigned supervisees with coordinating services prioritizing assignments and workflow and promoting situational decision making/problem solving.
Works with department leadership to develop or establish trainings related to identified clinical needs required continuing education and general clinical support to staff or students as assigned.
Serves as a positive role model for team members by working with them to promote teamwork communication and cooperation.
$42.92 - $75.11 USD Hourly
The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience qualifications skills and market addition to base pay eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift weekend holiday on-call and other applicable differentials.
