Behavior Technician

Provide one-on-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build communication social adaptive and daily-living skills using individualized ABA treatment plans.

Compensation: $18$25 per hour

Locations: Cedar City Utah; Saint George Utah; Salem Utah

Paid training: No RBT certification is required to apply. Crimson Heights provides paid training. Candidates without an active RBT credential may begin at a lower rate.

• Provide direct ABA services in clinic home school or community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly.
• Support communication social self-help and adaptive-skill programs.
• Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols privacy requirements and professional standards.
• Participate in supervision team meetings and ongoing training.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
• Reliable transportation for travel between assigned client locations.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience supporting people with autism or behavioral needs is valued.
