All you need is compassion a willingness to learn and a passion for helping Available (Monday-Friday)Full-Time: 8am-4pm 830am-430pm 9am-5pmPart-Time: Flexible within center hoursWhy Join Us MondayFriday daytime hours no nights or weekends Competitive pay ($17$22/hr based on qualifications) Benefits for 32 hrs/week (health dental vision PTO 401k) Same-day pay option with Dayforce Wallet Work with a supportive team making a real impact Opportunities for growth in a growing fieldWhat Youll Do:Support children with autism through early intervention programsImplement therapy plans and behavior strategiesTeach skills for communication self-care and social interactionHelp manage behaviors and support transitions to school settingsQualifications (must meet one* from Level 1 or Level 2*):Level 1 ($20$21/hr):Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a mental health discipline or hold a masters degree in a mental health fieldObtained a bachelors degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health child development or related fields and have 6000 hours of paid/clinical experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis servicesLevel 2 ($18$19/hr):Enrolled in OR hold a bachelors degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health child development or related fields (mental health special education social work psychology speech pathology occupational therapy)Hold an associates degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health child development or related fields (mental health special education social work psychology speech pathology occupational therapy) and at least 2000 hours of supervised clinical experience (including but not limited to experience as a DSP PCA Paraprofessional)Possess a high school diploma (or GED) and have 4000 hours of supervised clinical experience (equivalent to 2 years of full-time experience including but not limited to experience as a DSP PCA Paraprofessional)Fluent in a non-English speaking language or certified by a tribal nationMake a difference every now and start a meaningful career!#LI-PP
