What Youll Do:

As an ABA Technician you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst youll help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth
  • Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analyst
  • Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals
  • Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goal
  • Participate in team meetings including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings
  • Maintain contact with care providers such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress
  • Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards

Who You Are:

  • High School Degree with at least one years experience working with children
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to support others
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred)
  • Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Must be 21 years or older

Pay: $22.75-$23.75 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (Flexible schedule based on needs of clients) 40-hour work week
