Crystal Springs is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. No prior behavior experience required-we will train the right candidate

What Youll Do

• Provide behavioral support in residential school and community settings
• Implement individualized behavior support plans
• Collect behavioral data and monitor progress
• Help individuals develop skills and greater independence
• Work closely with our clinical and residential teams

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• University level coursework or work experience in psychology education or a related field
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications
