What You Will Do:

As a Behavior Analyst you will provide high-quality family-centered services grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In this role you will:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and identify goals tailored to each youth

  • Develop implement and revise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Create behavior measurement systems to track progress and guide treatment decisions

  • Provide direct assessment and treatment for enrolled youth across settings (home school community)

  • Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent implementation and positive outcomes

Who You Are:

  • Masters Degree in a mental health or related field (required)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis (required)

  • BCBA/LABA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles assessment tools and best practices

  • Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and clean driving record (required)
