What You Will Do:
As a Behavior Analyst you will provide high-quality family-centered services grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In this role you will:
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and identify goals tailored to each youth
Develop implement and revise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Create behavior measurement systems to track progress and guide treatment decisions
Provide direct assessment and treatment for enrolled youth across settings (home school community)
Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent implementation and positive outcomes
Who You Are:
Masters Degree in a mental health or related field (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis (required)
BCBA/LABA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)
Strong knowledge of ABA principles assessment tools and best practices
Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and clean driving record (required)
