Location: Various Norman Public Schools

Schedule: AM 6:30 am - 8:00 am and/or PM 2:30 pm- 6:00 pm on Monday-Friday.

Pay & Benefits:

• starting at $17.50 per hour (Current CDA Certification/ Master Teacher rate)

• CDA certification
• CCP Credential
• 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
• Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery
• 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:

• Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.
• Complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing/operating clubs that build on the students interests and talents.
• Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
