• Answer incoming phone calls text messages and internet leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone email and text.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle sales and test drives.
• Contact potential customers and follow up with previous leads.
• Maintain accurate customer information .
• Confirm appointments and help improve traffic.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the service team.

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Friendly professional and customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Strong follow-up organization and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
• Previous automotive sales call center or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
