Jaguar Land Rover Orland Park is experiencing growing customer traffic and increasing opportunities and were looking for an energetic professional and results-driven Sales BDC Representative to join our team.

This is an opportunity to become an important part of a growing luxury automotive organization representing Jaguar and Land Rover.

We are looking for someone who understands that the BDC is much more than answering phones and sending emails. You are often the first impression of our dealership.

Your job is to create a professional personalized experience that gets customers excited about working with us and ultimately brings them into the showroom.

• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming internet phone and digital sales leads

• Make outbound calls texts and emails to prospective customers

• Set quality appointments for the sales team

• Confirm and reconfirm appointments to maximize showroom traffic

• Follow up consistently with unsold prospects and previous customers

• Maintain accurate notes tasks and follow-up activity in the CRM

• Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize every opportunity

• Identify customer needs and communicate relevant vehicle information

• Respond to customer questions and overcome objections professionally

• Follow established BDC processes and daily activity expectations

• Maintain consistent follow-up until the customer purchases opts out or otherwise closes the opportunity

• Help create a seamless transition from the BDC to the showroom sales team

• Track appointments shows sold customers and other key performance metrics

We would especially like to speak with candidates who have experience in:

• Automotive BDC

• Internet sales

• Luxury automotive sales

• Customer service

• Appointment setting

• Call centers

• High-end retail or hospitality

However the right attitude work ethic communication skills and desire to succeed can be just as important as previous automotive experience.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

• Be highly organized and able to manage multiple customers
