Position Summary

We are seeking an Arizona Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about early intervention and committed to providing compassionate evidence based care to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others partnering with families and helping children reach meaningful goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each childs strengths and needs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and other clinical evaluations.
• Provide ongoing supervision training and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans to maximize progress.
• Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to support client success.
• Complete documentation and reports in accordance with ethical insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in and/or run team meetings and contribute to a positive collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst license.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
• Credentialed with BCBS and AETNA preferred but not required
• Experience providing ABA services to young children with autism. Early intervention experience is preferred.
• Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude collaborative spirit and passion for helping children and families.
