Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Provide and oversee ABA services for clients and families to support cognitive social behavioral and self-help skill development
Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers to maintain continuity of care
Support staff growth through ongoing feedback training and mentorship
Assist with clinic operations and program development initiatives
Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential as required
Eligible for Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Ability to obtain credentialing with insurance providers
Valid driver s license and current auto insurance
CPR/BLS certification
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for supporting children and families in diverse settings
Ability to collaborate lead and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
