BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Salary:$85000 $95000 annually

Bonuses: Up to $10000 for qualified candidates

The BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) leads clinical oversight ABA therapy program quality and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across home school and clinic settings. Youll ensure high-quality client-centered care by implementing evidence-based interventions monitoring data collection and progress and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) provide ongoing RBT supervision per BACB standards and maintain timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Provide supervision mentorship and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians in accordance withBACB standards.
• Model effective intervention strategies and ensure treatmentintegrity across home school and clinic settings.
• Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming to promote measurable progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers educators and clinical team members to promote generalization of skills.
• Maintain timelydocumentation including session notes progress reports and treatment plan updates.
• Ensure compliance with ethical clinical and regulatory guidelines (BACB HIPAA insurance etc.).
• Participate in staff training professional development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Masters degree in AppliedBehavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or clinical experience in ABA preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members.
• Experience working in multiple settings (home school clinic) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in electronic data collection systems (e.g. Boost HiRasmus) and data analysis tools.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
