BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Bond Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in the Baltimore Maryland area.

Services are provided primarily in a center-based and preschool setting during regular school hours offering a predictable schedule and an outstanding work-life balance.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop implement and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs.
• Supervise mentor and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Technicians.
• Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Provide direct behavioral services when appropriate.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development across environments.
• Collaborate with psychologists physicians educators and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical regulatory and payer requirements.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.
• Strong clinical decision-making organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate evidence-based child-centered care.
• Experience working with children in an ABA setting preferred.
