Osmo is seeking a Compounder to accurately measure weigh and mix raw materials and essential oils according to formulas and batch sheets in our sample lab. This is a craft not just a process: precision real understanding of raw material characteristics and developing sensory judgment are what separate a successful sample lab compounder from someone just following steps.

• Fragrance Compounding Accurately measure weigh and mix raw materials and essential oils according to formulas and batch sheets

• Verify Materials & Formulas Check materials against specifications and batch sheets before use and flag discrepancies before they become a downstream problem

• Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate and clean mixing tanks scales pumps and other production equipment while following SOPs

• Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety protocols including hazardous material handling and PPE

• Inventory Management Assist in monitoring raw material stock levels using Osmos inventory system and notify supervisors of shortages

• Collaboration Work closely with quality control and production teams to ensure consistency and efficiency

• 2-5 years of hands-on sample lab compounding experience within fragrance or flavor manufacturing

• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy measuring weighing and blending raw materials

• Able to follow written formulas and instructions precisely

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Able to lift 25 lbs

• Understand the order of addition for certain raw materials and the reasons behind it

• Ability to distinguish fragrance notes

• Prior experience with inventory or production tracking systems or material-handling equipment certification (e.g. forklift)
