Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines safely and efficiently
- Accurately weigh materials and follow precise measurements
- Perform basic math calculations (addition subtraction division percentages)
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Conduct quality checks and report issues promptly
- Work collaboratively to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to read and write in English
- Pass a basic math assessment (4 questions: addition subtraction division percentage)
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
