The Town of Webster is now accepting applications for an organized dedicated individual who works well with parents and kids and has knowledge of the sport of basketball.

MUST BE AVAILABLE to work November 8 2026 - February 7 2027 on Sundays from 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM (No games on 11/29/26 12/27/26 01/03/27 01/31/27)

Typical Dutiesincluding but not limited to:

• Organize team rosters and schedules
• Working with parent volunteers to guide them with coaching and refereeing children ages 6 - 14 years old
• Setting up and taking down equipment in the gymnasium each Sunday
• Help lead basketball skills and drills in a group setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the sport of basketball
• Ability to be responsible leading a group of kids
• Ability to be friendly enthusiastic patient and willing to participate in group recreational activities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be available to work each Sunday 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM from November 8 2026 to February 7 2027
• Must be at least 16 years of age

Special Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to sit stand maintain physical activity for extended periods of time in a variety of environments
• Responsible friendly enthusiastic patient and have knowledge of the sport of basketball
• Background check and drug test for 18 age employees
