We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to manage support and optimize SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for SAP system administration installations upgrades performance tuning security and ensuring high availability of SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain SAP systems including ECC S/4HANA BW Solution Manager and NetWeaver.
- Perform SAP kernel upgrades system refreshes client copies and transport management.
- Monitor SAP system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Administer SAP HANA databases and perform backup recovery and maintenance activities.
- Manage SAP user administration roles authorizations and security compliance.
- Support system patches upgrades and implementation projects.
- Configure and maintain SAP High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve production issues.
- Monitor system health capacity planning and performance optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with SAP Basis Administration and SAP NetWeaver.
- Experience supporting SAP ECC S/4HANA BW and SAP HANA environments.
- Knowledge of SAP transport management system copies and upgrades.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with SAP security user administration and authorization concepts.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting communication and problem-solving skills.
