• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and customer preferences.
• Take food and drink orders accurately input them into the POS system and deliver items promptly.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations including responsible alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation including cocktails beer and wine.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to serve alcohol in Chicago IL.
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.
