Drybar Vernon Hills is looking for a friendly outgoing and energetic Front Desk Receptionist/Bartender to join our growing team! As the first face our clients see youll play a huge role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

From greeting clients and managing appointments to helping with memberships and retail youll be an essential part of keeping our salon running smoothly.

• Create a warm welcoming and positive experience for every client from the moment they walk through the door

• Greet clients manage check-ins and check-outs and assist with appointments using Booker

• Answer phone calls respond to voicemails and assist clients with scheduling questions and service inquiries

• Manage client profiles review appointment notes and help provide a personalized experience for every guest

• Process payments tips and transactions accurately and professionally

• Confidently recommend and promote Drybar products styling tools memberships and services

• Educate clients on membership benefits promotions and retail products

• Work closely with stylists and management to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive team environment

• Handle client questions concerns and feedback with patience professionalism and a solution-focused attitude

• Support daily opening and closing procedures to keep the salon running efficiently

• Bring positive energy teamwork and a can-do attitude to every shift!
