2. Beverage Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our beverage menu including spirits wines beers and specialty drinks. Educate guests about our offerings provide recommendations and offer personalized beverage experiences based on their preferences.
3. Guest Engagement: Connect with guests on a personal level building rapport and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. Listen attentively to their preferences suggest cocktail pairings and share stories about the inspiration behind each creation enhancing their overall experience.
4. Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service by ensuring prompt and accurate drink preparation maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar station and delivering beverages with style and flair. Qualifications:
