Were looking for a friendly energetic and guest-focused Bartender to join our team at The Hollow the new cocktail bar located in the lobby of Hyatt House & JDV by Hyatt The Mindaro.

The Hollow is a welcoming gathering place where Guests can enjoy craft cocktails food conversation and a relaxed atmosphere. As a Bartender youll play an important role in creating a memorable experience from the moment our Guests arrive.

Were looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people takes pride in their work and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Prepare and serve quality craft cocktails beer wine and other beverages

• Provide friendly attentive and knowledgeable service to Guests

• Take orders and accurately process transactions through the POS system

• Prepare and serve food and light menu items

• Engage with Guests and create a welcoming comfortable atmosphere

• Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar and service area

• Complete opening closing cleaning and stocking duties

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Follow all food safety sanitation alcohol service and hotel standards

• Work collaboratively with the restaurant and hotel teams to deliver an exceptional Guest experience

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift

• Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred

• A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest service

• Friendly outgoing personality and strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment

• Dependable responsible and self-motivated

• Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of Guests

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality products

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to obtain and maintain required alcohol service certification
