Schedule Details: Part-Time; variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing

As a Part-Time Bartender you will be responsible for driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Knowledge of mixed liquors and ales soda water sugars and other prepared beverages.
• Serve other cold beverages such as wine beer and sodas and collect monies for beverages served as well as food served in the lounge area.
• Prepare bar area in supplies needed such as ice slice and pit fruit garnishing drinks etc. Full knowledge of Micros and end of shift reports.
• This position requires both beverage service and the preparation cooking plating and serving of small bite menu items.
• Place bottle goods and glasses to make an attractive display. All bottles are placed according to specs.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.

What are we looking for

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 1 years of Cashiering/Cash Handling Experience
• Previous Bartender experience (preferred)
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to efficiently prepare plate and serve food and beverages.
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Ability to push pull and lift to 50 pounds
