THE ROLE
As a Bartender youll play an important role in shaping the Ascent experience. Youll provide knowledgeable attentive beverage service craft quality cocktails anticipate guest needs and build genuine connections while maintaining the standards expected of an upscale New York hospitality destination.
WHAT YOULL DO
Deliver warm attentive and personalized bar service
Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails accurately and consistently
Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails premium spirits wine and champagne
Guide guests through beverage and food selections
Recommend and upsell premium offerings in a natural guest-focused way
Manage multiple guests and orders efficiently during high-volume service
Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar throughout service
Accurately ring in all items and properly manage guest tabs and payments
Collaborate closely with servers hosts management and fellow bartenders
Maintain the presentation and service standards that define the Ascent experience
